North Home Care is a small domiciliary care company which has been trading since 2018 and has built up a good reputation as a small, intimate care company whereby clients, their families and staff are known by name and not numbers. We do not want this to change.

We are looking for competent and compassionate care staff that share our values to join our team.

North Home Care have experienced carers that have completed our induction programme and continue to update their knowledge through continued professional development. But more than this our staff have our values at heart or they wouldn’t be working for North Home Care. We want all our staff to have a kind heart, an ‘over and above’ attitude, a natural empathy and a caring manner. We are proud of our staff team and the services that they provide.

We have a progression-based pay scale and offer qualifications and full training to all new employees through face-to-face and online training. We continue to develop our staff’s knowledge and skills using local external training facilities and in-house training, refreshers, supervision and appraisals. We offer Health and Social Care Qualifications to further improve the knowledge of our staff team in order that they can, in turn, deliver a better quality of care to our clients.
