We provide bespoke services that are designed to help you or a loved one remain as independent as possible in an environment, where you feel comfortable, for as long as possible. More about the support that we can provide in your own home:

Our personalised care practice:

  • Promotes the dignity and well-being of the individual
  • Delivers personalised services based on self-directed care
  • Builds relationships between carer and client based on respect and equality
  • Understands peoples’ history, interests, background, values and beliefs by maintaining people’s social and cultural life

We have over 20 years of experience in the care sector and promote safety and reliability in all areas of service that we provide leaving you secure in the knowledge that you and your loved ones are supported in all areas of their daily living:

Personal Care – bathing, toileting, catheter and oral care – from prompting to full support. We understand that it is not something that people find easy to accept.  Our staff are employed through a value-based interview and induction process to ensure that they have the qualities that we expect and that you would expect.  Our staff are caring, kind, empathetic, genuine and trustworthy.

Medication Care – again from prompting to full support with ordering, recording and administering.  All staff are fully trained and must be deemed as fully competent before administering medication.  All staff are fully DBS checked through the enhanced process and must have three suitable references before starting work.  They are mentored by experienced members of staff to ensure that they fully understand the importance of medication and its affects.

Domestic Care – we can provide a domestic service from laundry and ironing, to vacuuming and dusting, feeding the cat and generally ensuring your home is as well-kept as you would like it to be.  We can help out with cooking and providing or preparing meals and encourage a nutritious diet and ensure individuals are kept hydrated.

Shopping calls – we can complete your shopping on-line, sitting with you to help support you with your choices or go to the shops with your list.  Unfortunately, we are unable to take people in our cars to the shops.

Respectful Social calls – sometimes we may just want some company for a cup of tea and a slice of cake and a good old natter.  Our carers love a game of cards or a craft activity and are always willing to learn new ones.

Communication – It is really important that we offer an open and honest service and we can do this through ensuring that good communication lines are maintained to both you and your loved ones.

We also ensure that health and well-being are maintained by providing support with:

  • Nutrition and Hydration
  • Personal-Care
  • Medication support
  • Supporting with movement and exercise as directed by medical professionals
